  1. MOC proposes the following rules for the ENG_WIN on 19 January 2023:

    1. No payload TCs to be scheduled at all during the ENG_WIN
    2. Payloads wishing to remain on may do so but there will be OBC-TM gaps of ~30s and SSMM-TM gaps of ~60s, at any time
    3. Payload wishing to remain on must be prepared for S20 outages of ~60s during the ENG_WIN, at any time
    4. We won't do special per-payload mode management as we did with V02.08.00, that was too complicated. The need to put themselves in a "safe" state at the start of the ENG_WIN and recover themselves afterwards. "safe" can be on-in-standby, off, doing science, whatever makes sense to them, but we won’t be managing it during the engineering operations.
    5. Payload FDIR will be disabled at the PL FMON level (S142 globally disabled) during SSMM reboots/switchovers - any outstanding PL FDIR will be processed following the SSMM reboot, but just delayed by ~45s

ENG_WIN will be used to patch the SSMM software (as originally planned) and also to switch to SSMM supervisor A after the Nov 2022 anomaly, which makes that there is not much time to fit in all activities.

  2. The SoloHI calibration includes star and bias calibrations while being further from the sun. SoloHI is taking advantage of the extra telemetry available around the time of Mercury transit.

  3. STP241:

    - PHI FSW update is scheduled for  26 Jan 2023

    - FSW package ready by end of the year and MDOR/PDOR will be sent to MOC in early January (latest 13th January)
